The hotel had great amenities and location. We really enjoyed the spa pool and the fact that it was located near fun activities and the city center.

On the other hand, the room was not serviced well and had some maintenance issues. the bedding was not provided, and we had to strip it ourselves before leaving.

The spa bath in the courtyard was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the separate shower, allowing for a more enjoyable and convenient bathing experience. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. And the cooking facilities in the room were a nice bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals when we didn't feel like dining out.

Maintenance seemed lacking, as cobwebs were visible and the cleanliness of the mugs left much to be desired. It would have been appreciated if more attention had been given to the upkeep of the rooms to ensure a more pleasant stay.

The Motel was identified as a golden chain motel, causing a little confusion (the signage is very old and delapidated as well) the unit we stayed in was very comfortable but definatley in need of maintenance, we paid the same tariff at a very neatly refurbished unit in the center of Auckland

It was easy to find and comfprtable, most things we needed were provided and staff were helpful.

There was nothing that we didn't like but a kitchen cloth would have been good and the teatowel was stored in a funny place. Found it though.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable and you get a lot for what you pay. The attention to detail is commendable, especially in terms of cleanliness. The rooms, although in very ordinary condition, have clean bed linen and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and provide good service, making you feel welcome during your stay. Additionally, the hotel's location near a bus stop is convenient, allowing for a short ride into town.

I stayed here with my son and 15yr grand daughter. Just overnight but it would be good for a few days but no more people. The bathroom is dated but otherwise clean . The whole place is spotless and you have your own spa at the back door with a cover and private fence. Kitchen with everything in it . Great heating and comfortable beds. No traffic noise and good tv reception. Easy to find and off st parking. Good value.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is conveniently situated near a bus stop, making it easy for us to explore the attractions we wanted to see. the short ride into town was a breeze, and we loved being able to go straight down to the Lakeside. the room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a heater that kept us warm during our stay. the friendly service and homely feel added to the overall positive experience.

The laundry facility was inadequate and we had to do our washing elsewhere.

This hotel was a great find for our family getaway. the rooms were spacious and had two double beds which was perfect for our kids. The price was also very reasonable for what we got. Secondly, the location was just right - not too far from town and there was a bus stop nearby which made it convenient to explore the area. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything was fine and we had a pleasant stay.

#1. Was able to park my car at the door step. #2. The kitchen are fully equiped with cooking utensil. #3. The heating system are quite warm during the early spring weather.

#1. Could not locate the hotel as the name booked was different from the actual hotel on site. #2. Even though check-in after 2pm, still needed to wait for 30 mims as the hotel was not fully booked. #3. The rooms was a bit run down and need renovation. #4. Small box type 20" TV provided. #5. The beds are very soft esp. the single bed one.
